A.) How can I return or exchange a product and in how much time?
- Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our returns and exchange policy. To initiate a return or exchange, click here.
- Please note that products purchased from other channels (i.e., Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) will be eligible for return as per their respective portals' terms and conditions.
B.) How many times can I exchange a product?
Exchange is valid for one time with a different unit of the same article only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged, and the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the "one exchange only" policy.
C.) Who pays for the return/exchange shipping?
Return and exchange shipping are to be borne by the customer. In the case of a defective product, the company will bear the shipping costs.
D.) Return/Exchange Terms & Conditions:
Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, used, have damaged packaging, or lack tags, etc. BIONMART reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product. If we receive a returned item that doesn't meet our above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer.
E.) Exchange Process:
- Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated an exchange.
- The delivery person will conduct the reverse pickup from the provided address within 2-3 days of confirmation of the exchange request. Maximum attempts of pickup will be two. Please ensure that someone is available at home or the office to hand over the exchange.
- Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that all the conditions mentioned under section D.) are met.
- The exchange can only be processed once. On successful inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- The exchange can only be processed once and only for the same article but a different unit. The differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.
- Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be converted into a refund/return request.
F.) Return & Refund Process:
If you've decided to return an item, here's what you can expect:
- Contact from Our Team: Once you initiate the return, our friendly customer care team will reach out to you to gather any additional information we may need.
- Pickup Arrangement: Our delivery person will schedule a pickup from the address you provided within 2-3 days of confirming the return request. Please make sure someone is available at home or the office to hand over the item.
- Processing Time: It typically takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the returned product once our delivery person picks it up. We'll make up to two attempts to pick up the item.
- Product Inspection: Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions outlined in section D.
- Refund Processing: If everything checks out, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made to the same bank account or payment method you used for the purchase. For cash on delivery transactions, you have the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT. Just provide us with the necessary bank details.
